This page contains a list of potential funding sources for the implementation of works that would improve cycling in the borough:
- Cycle Facilities Funding. Every employer in Surrey can apply for up to £10,000 for cycle parking, showers, lockers etc. Cycle parking is 100% funded, other facilities are 50% funded. The deadline for the current scheme is 9th October 2009. Click here for details.
- Biffawards
- Surrey County Council Local Committee for Elmbridge – Members’ Allocations. Each member has £8,250 per year to spend on discretionary projects. There’s also £35,000 capital allocation up for grabs.
- Elmbridge small works group – seem to concentrate on notice boards in parks and stuff. Via local councillors. Some info in the Spring edition of the Weybridge Flyer – article by Cllr Simon Dodsworth.
